Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams.
PREMIUM RESULTS
TPT is composed of collegiate and professional athletes that training athletes for optimum performance. We carefully place all athletes with coaches who have played their respective sport and/or position.
In order to cultivate an athlete to peak performance, an intellectual component must also be included, which is best translated through a coach with a personal history and passion for the sport. In addition to athletes, TPT offers premium training programs for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level or athletic or fitness goals. Our core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as teams and adults.
